Mrs.G.: Miss J . I’ve heard from your employer that you are conscientious. Is that true?
Miss.J.: Well. I always do my best to be. If the word conscientious means extremely careful and playing attention to detail, then yes. I am conscientious.
Mr.T.: But he said too that you can adapt quickly to any new change. Can you tell me: Why did you leave?
Miss.J.: The main cause is that I want something which is more challenging.
Mr.G.: I may assume that you wanted to be a Senior Secretary the thing which we are offering.

Mrs.G.: Mr.M. according to the report which is received from your last employer , you tend to be a little impatient at times.
Mr.M.: Well , perhaps yes or no.
Mr.T.: Yes, I like the person who has the willingness to get on with his job. Besides, I want to ask Mr.M. about his sport. I’ve heard that he is a knee footballer.
Mr.M.: Oh, yes. I play regularly three times a week. In addition to this I organize a team at my locality.
MrsG.: In my view I’d give the job to Miss J. She is a better secretary than he is. It is obvious that she mixes with other people very quickly and is clearly far more polite.
Mr.T.: Well, Mr.M. is brighter than she is although he is not as experienced as she is. Moreover he is knee on football and I like that. So he gets the job.
